Account deletion

If you ever decide you don't want to use Exirio anymore and want to delete your account, you have two methods:

1. Fast - Go to https://app.exirio.com/settings#profile when you are logged into your account and click on "Delete your account". After the confirmation, your account and all its associated data will be deleted immediately from our Productions systems and 30 days later from our backups.
2. Slow - If you don't have access to your account but you still want to delete it, send us an email to support@exirio.com and we will help you delete the account once you have proven it is actually your own account.

If you have used one of our partners to connect to an external Institution, we immediately send an automated deletion request and they must delete all the information related to your account.
