Mortgage Early Repayment

If you want to account for the early, partial repayment of a mortgage, you will need to: 

• Firstly, select the mortgage from your Holdings table on the Home page
• Then, click on the pencil tool next to the mortgage name 
• You will then have the option to update the details of your mortgage (including a new outstanding balance) which will affect your metrics from that day onwards.
