If you want to account for the early, partial repayment of a mortgage, you will need to:
- Firstly, select the mortgage from your Holdings table on the Home page
- Then, click on the pencil tool next to the mortgage name
- You will then have the option to update the details of your mortgage (including a new outstanding balance) which will affect your metrics from that day onwards.
