A Mortgage will automatically be closed once it's fully repaid, or when you click on the Close Holding button on the Mortgage description page. Closing the Mortgage before the end of its term is equivalent to repaying the outstanding balance to the bank, and on Exirio this action will adjust the Net Property Value of the corresponding Real Estate investment.
